This service focuses on rapid enablement of Zscaler’s Zero Trust Exchange with support for key security features, inline data protection, and ZDX visibility (for licensed products/features).

Additional services require a separate Statement of Work (SOW)

ZIA Scope

  • Identity integration (SAML/SCIM)
  • Zscaler Client Connector setup (Tunnel 2.0)
  • URL filtering, Cloud App Control, SSL inspection
  • Advanced Cloud Firewall (L3–L7) configuration
  • Logging and dashboard setup
  • Inline Data Protection (DLP)
  • Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) enablement
  • Zscaler Mission Critical Audit (ZMCA)

ZPA Scope

  • App Connector deployment
  • SAML/SCIM user group integration
  • Application segmentation (up to 10 apps)
  • Access Policy and posture profile configuration
  • Device Posture and conditional access criteria
  • ZPA logging and reporting
  • Inline security validation for pilot users

ZPA User Limitation: Under ZS-ESS-PLATFORM, ZPA is limited to 1 user per 20 ZIA users. Additional licensing and deployment support requires a separate SOW.

General – Not Included

  • Org-wide rollout beyond 50 users
  • Post-project support after 15 business days
  • Custom documentation or extended training
